Most merchandise displayed on Celsius Energy Shop will ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Gift Cards can take up to 6 weeks. Some items may take longer due to high demand and backorders. Celsius Energy Shop can't guarantee availability of all merchandise displayed on celsiusenergyshop.com due to circumstances beyond our control. If an item is not available or discontinued you will be contacted to select another item.

What is the Return Policy?
Returns to Celsius Energy Shop must be made within 30 days of our shipping date.

All items must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging with packing sufficient to avoid damage. Any instruction manuals or product cases must also be included with returned item. Items returned that are damaged, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition may be refused.
